This closing workshop turns our attention upward—toward truth, intuition, and expanded awareness. When the upper chakras are clear, we express ourselves authentically, trust our inner guidance, and feel connected to something greater than ourselves.

We’ll explore crystals that support communication and insight, use various forms of sound and tuning forks to gently activate subtle energetic centers, and move through a slower, more meditative yoga practice. The workshop culminates in a guided meditation designed to quiet the mind and deepen intuitive awareness.
