If your item is in stock, your order will typically ship within 2–3 business days.

If your piece is currently being handcrafted by one of our artisans, we will contact you by email with an estimated production and delivery timeline.

United States Shipping

All domestic packages are insured and include delivery confirmation.

Shipping Options

  1. Priority Mail (3–5 Business Days) — $15

  2. Express Mail (1–3 Business Days) — $35

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service or FedEx.

Shipping Options

  1. Priority Mail (No Tracking) — $25

  2. Express Mail (Tracking Included) — $45

  3. FedEx (Tracking Included) — $75

Please note that international customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges imposed by their country.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns

Items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges & Store Credit

Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 60 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  1. Unworn and unused

  2. In new condition

  3. Returned with original packaging whenever possible

Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Exchanges & Repairs

If you need to exchange an item or request a repair for jewelry purchased from JOYIA, please send your item to the mailing address below and include $15 for return shipping.

Please include:

  1. Your name

  2. Email address

  3. Return shipping address

  4. Instructions regarding the exchange or repair

  5. Payment for return shipping

Trade-Up Program

Love your bracelet but ready for an upgrade?

Our Trade-Up Program allows you to upgrade your JOYIA bracelet to a different wrist size, band width, or from Sterling Silver to 14K Gold within the same collection.

Simply return your original bracelet and pay:

  1. A $10 Trade-Up Fee

  2. Plus the difference between your original bracelet and the current retail price of your new selection
