Description:
The heart chakra is the center of balance—where our physical and emotional worlds meet. This workshop is an invitation to soften, open, and reconnect with yourself and others from a place of presence and compassion.

Through heart-centered crystal teachings, gentle sound work with tuning forks, and a yoga practice focused on the chest, shoulders, and upper back, we’ll explore what it means to give and receive freely. Meditation and reflection will support emotional integration and inner coherence.
