This opening workshop focuses on the foundation of your energy system—the chakras that govern safety, pleasure, vitality, and self-trust. When these centers are balanced, we feel grounded in our bodies, connected to our desires, and confident in our ability to take action.

We will explore grounding and energizing crystals, using various sound modalities and  tuning forks to support the lower body and nervous system, and move through a grounding yoga practice that builds mobility and embodied confidence. The experience concludes with a meditation designed to anchor your energy and awaken inner stability.

We’ll explore crystals that support communication and insight, use various forms of sound and tuning forks to gently activate subtle energetic centers, and move through a slower, more meditative yoga practice. The workshop culminates in a guided meditation designed to quiet the mind and deepen intuitive awareness.
