Seamless Shipping: Once your gemstones and/or crystals are selected, Joyia will ship them directly to you from the show, ensuring a fast and seamless delivery to your doorstep.
How It Works:
Fill Out the Form: Start by filling out the form on our website, answering a few key questions to help Joyia understand what you’re looking for in gemstones and/or crystals, whether for your home or jewelry.
Consultation: After submitting the form, you’ll have a consultation with Joyia before the event. This will give you the chance to discuss your vision and preferences in more detail, allowing Joyia to shop with your exact needs in mind during the show.
Invoice and Payment: Once your consultation is complete, an invoice will be sent for the lesser amount of your budget (There is a $300 minimum charge), which must be paid at least one week before the show. If the total amount after shopping exceeds this initial payment, a final invoice for the remaining balance will be sent.
Real-Time Shopping: During the shows, Joyia will shop for you, sending real-time updates, photos, and choices via text, call, or video chat. You’ll be able to provide input and approve selections in real-time.
Custom Jewelry Pieces: If your gemstone is chosen for a custom design, the journey continues beyond the show. Once your stone has been purchased, we’ll create a personalized timeline for the design and completion of your piece. You’ll receive regular updates as your vision is transformed into a handcrafted work of art.
Direct Shipping: After Joyia has finished your shopping experience, she will handle the logistics and ship them directly to you from the show, warehouse or our gallery ensuring a smooth and timely delivery.
